Winter Weather Alert

At AAA, the safety of our Members and our Associates is our top priority. Due to deteriorating road conditions in some areas, we are limiting tow distances and prioritizing service requests from those Members stranded at the roadside and not in a safe location. We appreciate your patience and understanding of our Members who value our ongoing commitment to quality service.

Currently we have the following restrictions in place for the states most impacted by the current winter storm:

Kansas

1. NE KS
   • 20-mile tow restriction
2. SE KS
   • 20-mile tow restriction
3. Wichita Fleet area
   • 20-mile tow restriction
4. Topeka/Lawrence Fleet area
   • 20-mile tow restriction

Virginia

Scott’s Addition Retail/Car Care location:

*As of 12pm, our Scott’s Addition, VA store is closed for the day due to the water supply issue in the area. The staff at our nearby AAA Chesterfield Car Care, Insurance & Travel location is happy to assist our members and customers.
